How to start

Normally we review the entire file for the first ten loans submitted. This can identify non-underwriting issues in your file documentation.

After the initial period you submit less documentation.

  • The fee for a non-complex loan file review is $275
  • The fee for a complex file is $325. This normally not a frequent event.
  • Fee pricing for commercial and income property applications is on an individual basis.
